Could anyone who owns 15th/16th Century Legs or Two-Piece Plate Greaves made by the mercenary's tailor tell me there basic measurements please?

Im thinking of ordering some but I'm afraid they might be too long for my stumpy little legs Laughing Out Loud

I have a pair of the two-piece greaves I can measure for you later if you want. I bought them second hand, and I'm pretty sure they are his standard size. However, you should just email Allan at Merc Tailor with your measurements, since he will make them to measure for you.

To reiterate what Craig said, just email Allan - he'll make them to fit. His customer service is second to none.

The basic size is the size you meaure and send to him. I think all of thier legs are (or can be) custom sized to some degree (as near as I can tell). One tip, don't lose a whole bunch of weight after doing the measurements! If none of your clothes fit anymore your legs will be at the end of their adjustability as well. Greaves have been more of a problem for me than uppers (so far). WTF?!
