This is a fun piece that John, Kerry and I did while working on other pieces. Almost like a bladed stiletto sword. This is yet another piece in our entry level Pattern Welded line.

The blade is 29 layers of 1070, 15N20 and 1018.
The hilt is 26 layers of 15n20 and 1018.
The faceted wood handle is wenge.

The blade and cross seem short to me...but otherwise looks great. I like the pattern you got on the cross quite a bit. Love the wenge handle.

Thanks P. We didnt want to make it much longer becuase of how thick we made the guard. You are right though grinding through layers sure made for a neat pattern.
