We did this one through the Custom Sword Shoppe. The customer was specific about how they wanted it to look and provided the brass fittings.

Hey Sonny, I really like the this scabbard. Am I correct in assuming its leather over wood core?

Great looking scabbard, Sonny! How the heck is that strap bridge secured to the face of the scabbard?

Yes it is leather over wood core.

The strap bridge has three pins that go into the scabbard and have been flat peened Christian.

I don't know from where but I do know that he purchased them. They are very nice though.
