Greatly enjoyed all the reviews of the seax(s).
Oh, for handling when there is no guard and the dangers of the hand slipping onto the blade one can palm the grip so as to have the end of the handle inside the hand and with a firm grip it is more difficult for the handle to slip enough for the hand to risk being cut by the blade.
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!
