I have been offered a set of 12 old issues of the Journal of the Arms and Armour Society but before I buy them I was wondering if someone could help me out. The 12 are all from Volume I and II - hence early 1950s. I have a list but have no clue as to the contents of each one. I have been searching the internet for more detail for these journals but to no avail. I dunno, maybe my googlefu power is weakening. 
Although it is not an indecent amount of money its not lunch money either and as the seller seems disinclined to type up a summary of contents for the 12 issues I was wondering if anyone could help me. Please send PM if you can. thanks much, tr

Our Bilbliography has some of those journals in it. Nathan and/or I have reviewed some of them which gives an idea of what they contain. Hopefully that will help.
They run the gamut from swords, to armour, to firearms.
