Hi, I think it is a replica with some age to it. The tone of metal in the photos suggests it is zamak (= pot metal, brittle zinc+aluminium+copper alloy). The bow is unstrung yet arched deeply backwards - this kind of replica was usually fitted with an elastic string to give a certain amount of "realism" along the working toggle.
