I had a custom bascinet done by them and it was very good for the price, but their armour is by no means "high quality." Gauntlets in particular are extremely complex and require great skill not only to make but to assemble properly. I've heard good things about their gauntlets, and if you were to use them for WMA or some casual reenactment, I'd say go for it (with the quality of my helm and other reviews I've read in mind). I do not know about their current customer service or if it has any issues, sadly. I haven't had any contact with Beathan in about a year and a half.
