Hi,
My apologies if this info is readily available, but perusing the site didn't provide me with any answers. The likely next additions to my collection will be the following three weapons:
Cut & Thrust Sword
Pollaxe
Rondel
I am looking for inexpensive items running less than $300 each. I have seen the Windlass versions. Can anyone point me towards any similar items? I am particularly looking for a beefier-looking rondel and a pollaxe with a hammer.

For a good pole-axe, try www.by-the-sword.com. Go to catalog, and look at the windlass pole arms. They have a HUGE selection of really nice looking and reasonably priced pole arms. I especially like their line of halberds. Their pole-axe looks strong, durable, and reasonably priced at $145.

Have you thought about an ATrim blade? I have purchased my first of his swords and can report that it has been an excellent cutter. It is very quick and tracks very nicely. If you are looking for a great sword that is under the $500 mark I can definitely recommend his work.

And there is the valiant practical ones if you can't afford a proper Atrim blade. For a type XII more cut oriented cut and thrust.
Or the signiture bristol. Type XVI blade with a scabbard that most people pay 400 bucks for one it's own .
Of course these two have the distinction of we have no idea how good they are in person...but if gus give em a thumbs up, then I'm leaning towards looks good.
The gen 2 black prince or lucerne are good swords for a more thrust oriented longsword in the cheap price range as well. Although the furnishing leaves much to be desired.
The darksword knight sword is also a good cut and thrust sword in the sub 300 range if you can deal with the extra weight and a dull edge on a sword that is tough as nails (i.e. good luck sharpening it). And once again, the funishing leaves much to be desired.
As for a rondel, I find the windlass early 16th cent one oddly aluring. I generally dislike rondels too...so take that for what it's worth :P .

Wow the Gen 2 Henry V appears to be a major step foreword for those guys. My hat's off to them. That's a fantastic looking sword for under $300.

Another good place to find a ploeaxe with a hammer head is www.therionarms.com. In the their new products there is a really nice poleaxe head for about $50-60. They also have a great halberd head.

I agree as it looks very good and hasn't those steel plates at the ends of the grip that are really not historical: So, I guess the suggestions to drop those plates has been listened too.  
Since the Generation2 swords are generally very good structurally with well tempered blades it's a real plus that this one looks so good.
At the price it would seem to me something worth putting at the top of the " possibles " list.
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!
