I am hoping someone can identify this sword or cutlass. It has no marings what so ever. The overall length is 29-1/2 inches and blade width at ricasso is a hair under 1-1/2 inches. Many thanks.

Likely a mid-19th century British police hanger/cutlass. I don't know much about these swords, so here is a good thread from SFI that might be useful: Police Swords.
