As someone who has lived in midwest all his life, I can recall, on numerous occasions, always hearing about all the sword related shows and events on the west coast.

Well, I'm in Vegas right now staying on Nellis Air Force Base visiting a friend in the service. The typical "Vegas-isms" don't really appeal to any of us, i.e. no desire to gamble, go to the shows, et cetera. I'm curious if there are any sword related places / shops / shows to go to that anyone knows of? We'll be in Vegas most of the time, although we're planning to go to LA once either later this week or this weekend.
