It's at least #4, actually. Besides Beowulf and Grendel and 13th Warrior, there was this weird technofantasy film with Chris Lambert and Rhona Mitra... Big Grin

Well it's really looks like there is allot to look forward to,
like this one from the producer of Sin City, a Spartan movie with the name 300 Happy

Oh yeah. The original comic is excellent - not all that historically accurate, but very macho and cool. A lot like Sin City (well, duh). And after Rodriguez's incredible work with Sin City (they're now making a sequel, BTW), I'm really looking forward to 300 as well.

PS. Er, not to imply that Rodriguez has anything to do with 300, mind, just that Miller's work has been succesfully adapted to the big screen (one of the best adaptations ever, really, and certainly the most faithful) in recent history, so there's predecent for AWESOME...

The director of 300 is also directing Rainbow Six, scheduled for 2007 Big Grin

Rainbow Six and Halo film adaptations coming out in 2007. Can't wait!
