I would say it is very noble, which is not something often associated with business.

Oh my god.....This is the second beyond the call of duty Case from albion in a very very short space of time. I persoanlly have never heard of a company that has this sort of generosity, Also accross the various forae no other group of people freely offer information and make a point of answering each and every question asked. Im not even a customer of albions but as a sword collector I feel ashamed of that fact..There is singularly no other company who deserve our buisness then these guys. I know its not their intention but I actually feel bad that I havent bought from them.....I have this strange feeling from reading this story that I dont think I have ever felt before...why is my heart all warm and glowy?

I am almost ashamed to admit it, but i am truly touched by their generosity.

Here are photos of the ill-fated sword. It's enough to make a brave man weep. Children - avert your eyes!
