Hello,
Has anyone any experience with this company? They haven't returned emails over a few weeks. Just wondering before I spend money with them. They have an item listed that, is nearly impossible to find, so it is them or no one.

They are not really good about correspondence, but they do deliver. I bought a Hanwei Geirmundbu Helm from them with no problems.
