Best of luck!

Or very similar to this, minus the faulds of course (The suit you are interested in seems to be missing the faulds entirely). Add fuller arm defences and pauldrons, and take away the fanciness of the cuisses... (harness by Manning Imperial, photo presumably by them also)

Hi Roman,

Unfortunately, I do not have any other pictures of this harness, other than one or two of the very unusual, in fact unique, sallet and bevor combination.
The Armour in question is A.79, in the KHM., Vienna, ca. 1492, and believed to have been made for Maximillian I, by Lorenz Helmschmeid. Most books and printed articles tend to focus on it's two more famous cousins, A.60. ( Maximillians ) and A.62. (Sigismunds).
Possibly , if you contact the KHM. at Vienna direct, they may well be able to help you with some better pictures?

Regards,

Russ
