This is a mod for a videogame called Oblivion. The author created a new sword that people can download and use in the game. Go to this link and look at the screen shots posted if you're bored or whatever. I believe that is a sidesword.

I would call it a sidesword or a cut & thrust sword. It is clearly not a rapier.

I would call it some sort of fantasy baskethilt broadsword, if you really need a hard definition.
