Hello,
I recently bought a helmet and it seems to be pretty nice. However, the visor randomly pops up. Do you guys have any idea how to fix this?

I think that somewhere the visor is narrower that the helmet, so you can push it down, but as the metal is "springy", tends to get its shape back, and rises itself.
Keep the visor up, look for friction scratchs on the helmet, and figure what part of the visor it making them. Perhaps a gentle deformation of any of them (even with your hands) may solve this. If the visor is removable, it will be much easier.
