Hello! i wanted to show you the most important creation of mine to date.
Its the sword i created with blade by Owen Bush and is build around a copy of moose antler guard found in swedish sigtuna
There is lot of carving and silver and all is made in transitional Mammen ringerike style.

Great piece from a really exciting maker! I love your work Petr, and am looking forward to owning some! I hope it's ok, I'm posting a picture of the original guard.

This is quiet simply my favourite Viking Age sword recreation of all time, the carving on the guard and pommel are obviously excuted with flair from an artist with an acute empathy for the period. Beautiful.

This is a very nice interpretation of the original. It's great to see some bone and horn on sword and belt fittings.

Great work!

That's great and also very original work!.

I love the way how it almost looks like fantasy, but is actually very historic. Great job!

Hey Petr,

Been following your progress on this on on D Foog's forum, I have not forgotten your antler carving demo at Owen;s either.

Splendid piece, we need more of that :)

Cheers,

Julien
