I'm trying to upgrade some pictures and it's not working. How do I make it work? Thanks.

I've moved your topic to this forum because I'm assuming you're talking about some site-related/ forum feature. But I'm not really sure.

I was trying to put pictures of my rapier on and it kept giving me this error about not being able to do it. I think I was doing it right.

1). Hit browse to find the picture.
2). hit add attachment.
3). rinse and repeat as required.
4). hit submit.

can't get past step 2.

Check the size of the attachment. It might be bigger than the limit. If so, you should be getting a message that says as much.

If you cannot attach your own image files, the best way to do is to insert them. It is not that hard.
Here's an example:
