... Knowledge

My copy of Spada 2 arrived last night.... And so did my Ochs Longsword DVD. I'm looking at the DVD now, and leafing through Spada 2, espeically the excellent sheild peice, and the lovely pictures of Italian Partisans. This pictures of partisans keep making the Prince's lines from Romeo and Juliet run through my mind.

"To wield old partisans, in hands as old,
Canker'd with peace, to part your canker'd hate."

To abandon your shield is the basest of crimes. - --Tacitus on Germania
