Hello Manuel,
The title of the book this illustration is from is "Armi Difensive Dal Medioevo All'Eta Moderna" published by Cento Di in 1982.

The ISBN number is 88-7038-050_5. The text is in Italian. It seems that this was published as a guide for museum curators who don't not have an armour expert on staff. Also, there is a companion book on weapons.

It seems a very interesting book
I don't know if i can post this here but there is a pdf version in the site library of a reenactment group.
It is the first result of my google search with the title if anyone is interested
