I am looking fore pictures off javelin used for hunting.
In the book The art of medival hunting (9780785815921) on page 95 It states:
"The javelins were eight feet or nine feet long, with a double-edged iron point. Some seven inches long and 2 inches broad."
They are preserved at the Waffensammlung in Vienna.
