I've been trying to build the custom knife photography side of my business and I recently photographed these items made by John Cohea (jmcknives.blademakers.com/) and I thought they may be of interest for folks here.

Very attractive work and the wood grain was really well chosen to harmonize with the rest of the whole.
An interesting mix of " rustic " ( meant as a compliment ) elements but with such detail and textures that elevate them to very visually rich pieces of artistry.
The gun stock style club really does look like the musket or Kentucky rifle gun stocks that inspired the making of this style of club in period.
