I hesitate to even think such a thing - lest I succumb to some sort of Victorian romanticism - but today I picked up this Tritonia and think I did... What a handy feature to prevent one from being set upon unawares, perhaps while in the midsts of devotions.
I can think of a few instances in film where sword blades or shields are used as mirrors to such an end, but convex pommels - there's the ticket!

Good idea but my Tritonia pommel isn't that highly polished.
It certainly could be an interesting plot device in a future film.
Maybe mirror polish one of my walking stick pommels.
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!
