A Google find and likely with now known errors but a neat find for browsing through.

No need for C&P. Click the "PDF" link at top right. It will open a PDF file of the entire book, since copyright has expired.

To cut and paste the title page, the text version comes in handy Wink

I would download a great many of the pdf books, except I am on that dinosaur known as dial-up.
