myArmoury.com Contest Rules and Limitations
Prize
The details of the prize and its value are defined in the contest announcement. myArmoury.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at our discretion. Prizes are not transferable. We agree to ship the prize via our chosen domestic United States carrier to the winner. If the terms of the contest require the winner to pay for shipping, the prize will only be awarded after the receipt of all shipping charges. Any international shipping fees, taxes, duty or extra fees are the responsibility of the winner. Shipping and other charges must be paid within two weeks of the contest close or will result in the forfeiture of the prize. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer.
How to Enter
Please refer to the terms of the contest for details on the entry process. All contests are limited to registered myArmoury.com members. Only one entry per household is permitted.
Eligibility
Our contests are only available to members who have followed the terms of entry and are void where prohibited by law. You must be 18 years of age or older or have signed parental consent to enter. Moderators of myArmoury.com and the affiliates of the prize contributor (if any) are prohibited from entry unless otherwise stated. The prospective winner will be contacted to determine their eligibility upon being selected.
Winner Selection
The final determination for the winner will be decided by the administrator of myArmoury.com according to the terms of the contest. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the winner being selected. Only the original recipient of that email is eligible to win. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability, which must be returned to us within two weeks of the initial contact. All winners must respond to myArmoury.com within one week's time of initial contact. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. We are not responsible for late, misdirected, or damaged communication of any kind including computer failure. All decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Disclaimer of Liability
By accepting the prize, winners agree that the admin of myArmoury.com and all of our agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless against damage, loss, or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prizes or participation in the contest. Compliance to local, state, and federal laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the contest winner.
Other Conditions
Entry to the contest constitutes permission for us to use the winner's name for purposes of advertising without further compensation. By supplying your e-mail address, you have agreed to receive information by mail or email from myArmoury.com according to our privacy policy. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel this contest without notice to contest entrants and are not responsible to select a winner on any given day in the event of technical or equipment failures or human error. We reserve the right to disqualify or prohibit entrants from participating in the contests for any reason at our discretion and without notice.
