This book is out of print. It was printed in 1975, has had only one printing as far as I know, and was a short run. Few copies are out there, and even fewer that are available for sale. Condition is LIKE-NEW and is in the original shipping carton direct from the printer. It includes original dust cover which is also in excellent shape.
I know of none available right now on the 'net. The last two copies I found were $450 and $750 not including shipping from Europe.
