Go to Heritage Marketing (don't have website off the top of my head, but a search on those words should turn them up) but they have it available. Just got a copy about a week ago, actually.
They are in the UK, and also sell a LOT of journal offprints, so you might want to poke around abit, as you will definately see articles of interest, including several pertaining to Celtic arms, helmets, and shields.
