This Historic Replica can be traced to the actual craftsman whos ' mark is stamped on the original Circa 1600 Solingen Deutsches Klingen Museum.

This thrusting rapier has a fullered stiff narrow blade.
The guard is of an earlier form with a post & arm at the hilt arms, instead of the usual ring.
There is raised acanthus leaf design and the grip is wire bound with turksheads top and bottom.

Purchased new it would cost $1155. My asking price is $800 (30% less) and it will ship immediately.
There are no blemishes or dings. The rapier is in excellent condition having been well maintained. It also has a snug leather Scabbard that comes with it.
Never used for anything other than display.
