I'd like to sell a model 1840 Light Artillery Saber, of the last version produced before the model was replaced in the early 1870s. This example, although unmarked, is from around 1870-71, at the start of the Indian Wars period. The overall length is 37", with a 31" long by 1" wide blade. The guard is very slightly loose, but the weapon is solid and in good condition overall. It has a scabbard, also in good condition. I'm asking $350. The price includes shipping to the 48 contiguous states. I accept money orders and personal checks. I’ll accept PayPal, too, but you’ll have to pay the ruinous 6% fee they charge. No trades.
