Info update:

This is not the backhanger with the hooks and 1/4 scabbard on the back of it. This is the Lowlander version - It has a 1" belt around the mid-section and two laced frogs on the back. to hold the scabbard. Here is the stock picture from MRL - my baldric is the exact same:
