Possibly Austrian or South German sword with the particular collapsible branches which deploy on 3 sides (rare feature even among this kind of system)
The blade has some faint traces of generic floral decoration; the handle is of horn grip.
 
The scabbard is a repro made to fit the blade and protect it.
