Firstly, please accept my apologies - For I believe this is the first post I have made here although I have been reading the wealth of information available here for quite some time.
Almost a year ago I ordered from armour class very excited about owning my first basket hilt. Of course, wait times from AC are very long, and at the time I ordered, I did not forsee that I would return to post-secondary education and greatly need every cent for textbooks, fees, food, and vehicle expenses.
It is the highland model (SC2) with a triple fullered, doubled edged armour class blade. The hilt has been blued.
I have used it to cut 15 plastic bottles, and have not sharpened or messed with the blade in any other way. While I wouldn't say It is very sharp, is capable of cutting.
Overall Length: 37.5 inches
Blade Length: 31 inches
Weight: 3 pounds, 1 ounce.
Point of Balance: 1.25 inches from the crossguard
