The Albion First Generation Crecy "Grete Swerde" is probably my favorite out-of-production sword.

True story: About five years ago I called Albion to purchase an Acre Type XII (which I have since sold). Instead, a Crecy was sent to me by mistake. But I liked it so much that I actually called Mike and asked him if I could keep it and never mind the Acre. The Crecy was a bit more expensive, but I would have cordially paid the difference. Sadly, though, it already had an owner who was undoubtedly waiting anxiously for it :( . But was a sublime sword it was!!

A PM has been sent, although the specimen involved is not in mint condition (cold chemical blued furniture and slightly loosened guard.)

I directed the interested party towards Ancient Edge as they appear to have mint originals still for sale.
