For Sale: A Matched pair of Scotty Arms Heavy Bladed Swept Hilt rapiers blades, with pierced plates filling the side ring and finger port. The hilts are similar to AVBN #74, and had a linseed oil patina that has bean largely worn and polished off. This is a matched pair, one left handed, the other is right handed. The blades are the Scotty Heavy fencing rapiers blades, and are legal for use in most of the groups that allow rapier fencing, including the SCA. They were used primarily for the local reconstruction group's reconstruction of Salvator Fabris, and are being replaced because the Darkwood Papenheimer's look nicer. My apologies, but the rapiers have been sold, and I forgot to post that until now, as I ran off to a 2 week events just a day or two after they sold.
