This rare and discontinued Bugei tanto is up for grabs. About 15" in length, 5" tsuka, 10.75" nagasa. fuchi/kashira is clearly ocean themed with shrimp menuki. This tanto was offered by Bugei between 2010 to about 2015 if memory serves. Out of production and frankly the only one I have ever seen in the flesh. Bugei offered these originally for about $550 to $600 plus shipping. Unique in that it has complete same' wrap which provides a beautiful contrast to your typical tsukamaki. I believe that this is similar to the one that James Williams often would be seen carrying in the old Bugei cutting videos. Comes with bag and Cleaning kit that was typical for Hanwei and Bugei of that time period. I purchased this used, shows some scuffing on the very tip of the kissaki.
