Another piece from my personal collection. This is an older Windlass model I picked up second hand about 10 years ago. I believe it was called the Medieval Soldier's Sword. IMO this is one of Windlass's better designs - a nice, relatively light arming sword, although it could have a bit more distal taper. The sword is sharp, although not super sharp, with a noticeable secondary bevel, and there are some light scratches on the blade. I stripped the sheath and redyed it green, as well as rewrapping the grip with green veg-tanned leather. The seam is pretty straight, and just a little raised. The pommel is threaded but everything is nice and tight. The sheath fit is pretty loose.
Asking $200 plus shipping for this one.
