Up for sale is a very lovely Henry the VIII sword custom designed by MRL for the HBO Tudors series. Massive gold plated fittings nicely balance out the 36" sharply tapered blade. The balance on this is superb. Weight comes in at 3lbs 4oz, but it feels and handles like it's much lighter. Don't let the slender blade fool you: it's rather quite stiff with no whip. POB is 2 1/2" with overall 43".
Excellent condition overall. If the blade looks a little dusty it's because it's still covered with the original talc. A few scratches on the sheath that don't show in the pics.
$225 with $20 shipping CONUS. This is the first one I've seen outside a catalog or online so snap it up.
