Folks,
I have a Nielo Proto-Mortuary Sword available. It's in excellent condition. I have only displayed it. I am not the first owner, but the previous owner does not appear to have used it (other than for display) either. It comes with the manufacturer's scabbard. The tang is peened. I'm offering it for $435 shipped in the continental U.S., which is 25% less than the sword would be new, with no wait and no additional shipping. Shipping elsewhere is negotiable. No trades, please. Please note that I prefer postal money orders or checks to PayPal, and while I'm willing to cover shipping in the U.S., you'll have to pay the 3% PayPal fee if you prefer to pay through them.
The measurements are:
overall length: 35 1/2"
blade length: 32 3/16"
grip length: 4"
blade width: 1 1/4" (at shoulders)
blade thickness: 3/16" (at shoulders) narrowing to 1/8" (before sharpened false edge near point)
guard width: 4 7/16"
guard depth: ~4 7/8" (front of knucklebow to end of quillon)
point of balance: ~5 1/4"
forward pivot: ~20 1/2"
weight: 2 lb. 2 1/2 oz.
Please PM if you're interested.
Best,
Mark Millman
