This practice sword is an Arms and Armor Saxon sword, except without the blackening, with a wire wrap grip, and also without the finger ring. The finger ring was too small to allow even a light glove, so this version has been converted to a “Meyer style” ring hilt.

It has been used heavily for Bolognese sidesword and Meyer rapier for over a decade, but is still in good fighting condition. It’s still solid with no rattling. It has surface rust and corrosion, but you could easily polish it out if you wanted. Otherwise it’ll an excellent sword.
