Selling a prized piece from my private collection, a Scottish Langsqian made by Glenn McClain. This is a rare collaborative piece with the late Bill Ferguson of Indianapolis, who made the pattern welded blade just before he passed away. Glenn calls this type a "ball quillon" knife, but it probably is the extremely rare Scottish "whinger" of lore. Pattern welded steel blade, iron fittings, handle is interlace carved Madrone Burl wood. Sheath is hand tooled leather, silver fittings. Overall length is approx. 16", blade is approx. 11". Glenn will most likely never replicate this design again. I have surgery bills, so I'm letting this one go for $1100, shipping and insurance included. I take Paypal.
