This is an Ear Dagger and Scabbard by Arma Bohemia.
Grip is bone and brass. Scabbard is red leather over a wood core.
This dagger has been owned by several forum members.

The dagger and scabbard are in very good condition.
It currently sells new on Arma Bohemia for 385 Euro (about $475 US).
