I am selling my Christian Fletcher customized sword and scabbard in order to make room in my collection for a new sword commission. I am trying to concentrate all of my kit as close as possible to the year 1450. It has only been used as a show piece at home and at educational demonstrations. It has never been used to cut. The hardware was antiqued, so it has never had a satin sheen like the blade. The copper insets could use a polishing, but the decorative design is still in good shape. The Oxblood hilt and scabbard have very minor wear spots.

Description:
The blade is a limited edition (only 1,000 available worldwide) Albion "Baron" Type XIIa by famed Swedish swordsmith Peter Johnson. It features a Type 6 guard and Type J pommel, both antiqued, with decorative "Jerusalem Cross" copper insets in the pommel. All of the hardware has been antiqued.

The carved poplar core scabbard is covered in oak tanned leather that is dyed Oxblood in color to match the grip, while the sword belt and three-point harness suspension are all dyed brown. The upgraded scabbard also has a center ridge, steel chape and throat locket.

Asking $1,750 which includes insured shipping inside the continental United States. I cannot find my original invoice, but--feel free to correct me if I'm wrong--a similar Christian Fletcher commission would cost at least $2000 (excluding shipping) and take 6 or more months to receive.
