This is one of the rare hardcover editions of Ewart Oakeshott's Records of the Medieval Sword. The paperback version has been printed multiple times, but those bindings fall apart easily. New paperback versions have digitized images with less quality/clarity than before. The hardcover edition was printed just once AFAIK, in 1991. The bindings on these are as sturdy as they should be. They have silver lettering on the cover and spine.
This one is in great shape, with barely any noticeable wear. It's probably in better shape than my own copy, if truth be told.
Asking $195 + s/h OBO. A few years ago, you couldn't find copies for less than $400, but prices have softened since then.
I'm also interested in trades for historical reproductions: daggers, knives, short polearms, helms, etc. Or books on arms and armour. Or scabbard services. Or modern knives (fixed blade preferred). Or anything interesting. :)
