This project had been made about a year ago, prior the current buzz about tactical swords. Custom collaboration between two prime Israeli/Russian knife makers. General design is my own - a modern approach to the kindjal/gladius; double edged superfast weapon of medium size that can be carried conveniently in various configurations. The blade was reshaped from a broken 19th century german drill sword, it was totally covered with pitting, hence after polishing several dots left out. It is sharp. Hilt is micarta-like material, shaped, polished and texturized; there is a small steel skull-crusher with lanyard hole. The sheath is heavy-duty leather with belt slot and several eyelets for lashing.
