This the first copy of what was described in this thread. It is a paperback copy of Oakeshott's invaluable work, rebound as a hardcover to 1) be more durable than Boydell's paperback binding and 2) to be much cheaper than Boydell's hardcover edition, which is now approaching $300.

A local binder specializing in all kinds of binding, including rebinding old books, and binding dissertations took the book, cut off the bad Boydell binding and stitched in a new binding. The original front and back covers are bound in as well.

This is bound in black cloth boards with silver lettering on cover and spine.

I'm going to have more copies made when Boydell finishes a run of paperbacks. This copy was a great-condition used copy I picked up for testing purposes. The others will be bound the same way but without the lettering on the cover (they will have lettering on the spine, though).

The lettering on the cover pushes this one to $130 + s/h. Money order accepted; PayPal preferred (please add 3% for PayPal transactions).
