Do you still have these swords? I am checking out some options for a viking style sword for reenacting (eventually) but mostly just to get started learning to use a sword with.
What is the balance like on your viking sword as compared to a "real" sword of this type?
How durable do you judge this sword to be? Is everything still tight?
Other than the minor damage, is the seax still tight?
I have to do a little more research but I may be interested in one or both of them.
Are you willing to ship to the US?
Thank you.

Hi Harold.
The balance is quite good. It is a reenactmentsword and is made to be blunt witch gives it a little more presens than a real sword. Still it is made to be used. I have been in reenactment battle with it two or three times (I´m selling it for a friend) and it is a sturdy weapon that has enough agility to be safe, but still enough fortitude to not feel flimsy.
I deem it to be verry sturdy and I can hardly see it breake if it is used for fighting and not as a farm tool or something ;) !
Everything is very tight and no loose parts what so ever on both sword.
Yes we can ship them to US but I don´t know the cost for that. But I´ll research it!
Thanx or the interesst.

Cool. I will be in touch with you next week when I get back from work. If you get the chance to sell them before then please do. I have contacted a viking reenacting group to see what their requirements are for the weapons that their group uses. I can't see how one blunt sword is safer than the next, but I thought I should check with them first anyway. I just wanted to let you know that you won't hear from me for a couple days. Thanks.
I have decided to pass on your swords. I have to put some more research into this before I buy. I may end up going with a waster first just to learn handling and then make my mind up or possibly just go with an Albion Squire Viking if one turns up when I have money. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi,
Do you still have the sword and seax for sale? If so, I would like to purchase them. Also just for info purposes I live in the US.
Thanks.
Hi William,
Martin will not be able to answer you since he is moving from one town to another and don't have access to a computer.
The sword is no longer for sale. I know this because my friend bought it recently.
Don't know about the seax....
Thanks for the reply but I really wanted to purchase them together and I am no longer interested in buying them. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this might have been.
Thanks again.
Thanx for the fill in there Ville!
I have now moved and have a old poor line to the internet.
The Seax is sold too.
Thanx everybody for the replies.
Se ya!
