The width from shoulder to shoulder is 11.5"
The neck is 6.5" from side to side.*
The neck opening is 7.5" front to back.*
The collar is 2.5" tall in the front, 2" in the back, and a little over an inch on the sides.

*These are the measurements at it's smallest point. It is adjustable to be larger.
