For sale is my 1821 / 1896 Pattern British Cavalry Officer’s Sword. The blade is possibly an Solingen blade based on the long ricasso and etched with the cypher of king Edward VII indicating it was made between 1901-1910. I prefer non-patterned weapons for trade (hence the sale), or reproductions of pre-industrial revolution era European blades.
