For sale is a vintage MRL horseman's axe made and marked by Chris Poor of Arms and Armor fame. Great piece from the late 80s. Condition is exceptional. Light patina consummate with age (see pics). The ones in the catalog were blued; this one has no sign of ever being blued so I'm just leaving as it is. I am able to give this a nice deep purple/black for an extra $20 if wanted.
1051 steel with a 51/2" blade, 5" spike and 24" overall. weight is 3lbs 4oz so it has heft, but handles easily.
$320 and $10 helps with shipping. I'll cover the rest and pay for insurance. Just don't see these often from this vintage.
