Early 15thC English Great Bascinet

Main helm from St George Armoury , Visor and hand sewn liner by Greenleaf Workshop, provied with Bronze backplate buckle and strap end From Bayley heritage casting.

As new, never struck in anger.

I have closed previous listing as the rest of armour has been sold & parted out.

Tempered Carbon steel face and neck plates, as this was intended for full contact combat on advice I have deliberately opted for a thicker mild steel for skull rather than hardened steel.
